President, Diabetic Association of Bangladesh

Prof. Dr. A K Azad Khan is a distinguished physician, academic leader, and social worker of Bangladesh. He serves as the President of the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh and the Chairman of the Hamdard Board of Trustees. Holding prestigious qualifications including MBBS, FCPS (Pakistan), FCPS (Bangladesh), FRCP (UK), and D.Phil from Oxford University, he has dedicated his career to advancing healthcare, medical education, and public health initiatives. His leadership has significantly contributed to diabetes care and social welfare development in Bangladesh.

Work experience

Prof. Dr. A K Azad Khan has been serving as President of the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh, where he leads nationwide initiatives in diabetes prevention, treatment, and awareness.
